• Mr. Abdulmalik Halilu

  Mr. Abdulmalik Halilu is the General Manager, Research, Statistics & Development (RSD) of Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), where he is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Board’s Research, Statistics and Development mandate. He was at various times the pioneer Head of Strategy & Policy Development and General Manager, Corporate Services and Logistics (CSL) in NCDMB where he played key roles in the conceptualization of the Nigerian oil and gas parks scheme, HSSE policy, Nigerian Content Intervention Fund implementation framework, R&D framework etc.
  
  A policy development expert, he holds a master degree in development studies, a PGD in Management Science and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Agricultural Technology. Prior to joining NCDMB in 2011 Mr. Abdulmalik worked for many years in Accenture, a global management consultancy, technology, and outsourcing firm, where he played key role in the development of NIgeria vision 20:2020 economic transformation project, NNPC Project PACE transformation project, policy for Nigeria biofuels and renewable energy program.
  
  A Fellow of Nigerian Institute of management (chartered), a certified project management professional and a member of Kaduna Golf, he is married with children.

• Prof. Eucharia Nwaichi

  Professor Eucharia Nwaichi is a distinguished academician and visionary leader, currently serving as the Director of Academic Planning, Research, and Control in Nigeria. With a tenure spanning over a decade as a Professor, she has made indelible contributions to the fields of biochemistry, chemistry, and environmental science. Prof. Nwaichi's extensive teaching portfolio includes a wide array of courses, ranging from Introduction to Biochemistry to Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology/Molecular Biology, catering to undergraduate and graduate students alike.
  
  Throughout her academic journey, Prof. Nwaichi has exhibited unwavering dedication to curriculum development and educational excellence. She has played a pivotal role in revising syllabi to meet accreditation standards and coordinating grading processes in collaboration with teaching assistants and technologists. Prof. Nwaichi's commitment to academic rigor and quality assurance is further underscored by her involvement in developing quizzes, administering assessments, and overseeing research programs for graduate students.
  
  Beyond academics, she excels in budget management, student advising, training, and leading research initiatives, while also actively contributing to faculty committees, seminars, and conferences.

• ThankGod Egbe

  ThankGod Egbe is a highly accomplished engineer and entrepreneur serving as the Technical Director and CEO at CypherCrescent. With extensive global experience, he specializes in integrated production system modeling/optimisation, well and reservoir management, development planning, production forecasting, software development, and reservoir engineering analysis.
  
  His expertise has contributed to the optimisation of production, enhanced reservoir performance, and the development of innovative software solutions.
  
  He is a highly skilled engineer and entrepreneur specializing in well and reservoir management, development planning, production forecasting, software development, and reservoir engineering analysis. His expertise in these areas has led to successful field development strategies, optimized reservoir performance, and improved production forecasts.

• Tombari Emeka-Duruzor

  Tombari Emeka-Duruzor is the Head of Strategic Business Support in CypherCrescent, bringing over 15 years of experience in petroleum engineering, corporate strategy, governance, and financial planning. With a strong background in both technical and strategic domains, Tombari is recognized for her ability to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that drive sustainable business growth.
